A similar behavior is experienced if you click on the dropdown menu in an open up window. The dropdown is intermittently sluggish to seem then any time you go the mouse from the submenu alternatives, it is very sluggish/laggy... Also tab more - consider opening all alternatives using that measurement monitor and there will even be some variety elem
